Enjoying your home fragrance

To ensure you enjoy the very best fragrance experience, we've put together a few simple care tips for each of our products.

Candle Care

A little care will help your candle burn beautifully and last longer.

  • Always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from draughts, direct sunlight, children and pets.
  • Your first burn is the most important. Allow the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface (approximately 2–4 hours) to help prevent tunnelling.
  • Burn your candle for no longer than four hours at a time, allowing it to cool completely before relighting.
  • Before each burn, trim the wick to approximately 5mm and remove any loose debris. This encourages a clean, even flame and helps minimise soot.
  • If the flame becomes too large, extinguish the candle, allow it to cool and trim the wick before lighting again.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Crafted with Quality

Every candle is handcrafted using a carefully selected blend of natural soy and vegetable waxes, premium fragrance oils and cotton wicks.

We proudly source our ingredients from trusted UK suppliers, ensuring every candle meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

If you have allergies or sensitivities, please refer to the safety label before use.

Reed Diffuser Care

Our reed diffusers are designed to provide a continuous, long-lasting fragrance for approximately 9–12 weeks.

For the best fragrance performance:

  • Turn the reeds once a week to refresh the scent.
  • Position your diffuser in a well-ventilated area to encourage fragrance circulation.
  • Avoid placing the diffuser directly onto delicate or polished surfaces, as fragrance oils may cause damage. Wipe up any spills immediately.
  • Keep diffuser liquid out of reach of children and pets and never ingest the contents.

Wax Melt Care

Our wax melts have been created to fill your home with beautiful fragrance using a standard wax melt burner.

Simply place one wax melt into the dish of your burner and use an unscented tealight beneath.

For the best results:

  • Burn for no longer than four hours at a time.
  • Each wax melt will typically provide several hours of fragrance over 2–3 uses, depending on your burner and room size.
  • Once the fragrance has faded, allow the wax to cool completely before removing and replacing it with a fresh melt.

As with all open flames, never leave a lit tealight unattended and always keep burners safely away from children, pets and flammable materials.
