Safety First.

Tell me about burning my candle....

Place your candle on a heat resistent surface, away from drafts, small hands and furry friends! At first burn your candle until the wax melts evenly on the surface (around 2-4 hours). This will ensure that your candle doesn't tunnel and will ensure a longer burning time overall. You should not let your candle burn for more than 4 hours at a time, the vessel gets hot and we want you to stay safe.
Trim the wick each time before lighting your candle. removing any residue before lighting the candle approx 5mm is great. If you find the flame is too big you may find you need to trim the wick further. Trimming the wick will also ensure no soot!
NEVER LEAVE A NAKED FLAME UNATTENDED

What is in my candle?

All our candles are made with soy and vegatable based waxes. We use cotton wicks and the finest fragrance oils. Please see our candle safety label for allergies. We use all UK suppliers.

Diffuser Safety

Your diffuser should last  9-12 weeks, if you would like a stronger scent then flip the reeds every week . Diffusers placed by a draught will tend to smell stronger.  Be aware that fragrance oils can damage many surfaces, so please ensure they situated somewhere safe.  Diffuser oils should not be ingested and should be kept away from children and pets.

How do I use the melts?

Our wax melts are for use in wax melt burners, we recommend 1 at a time. Light a tea light at the base of the burner and pop 1 wax melt into the dish. Do not burn for more than 4 hours, each wax melt will be fragrant for at least 2/3 burns. Once the fragrance has left the wax, just pop it out of the dish and replace with a fresh wax melt. Keep your oil burner away from little hands and cats!
